Today Hennie Broers from Leeuwarden and Inge Verbruggen from Temse - Belgium attend the gold supplement. Tot his purpose these two lovely ladies each travel a considerable distance.
They take good weather along, something we make use of during the lunch break outside, enjoying delicious sandwiches and warm sunshine. Incidentally, we also enjoy this day of fruit juice, buttercake filled with almond paste, Belgian chocolates and homemade treats from Claudia Smets. She is one of the Belgian instructors, who also has excellent culinary baking skills beside her qualities as a teacher.
Like a number of other colleagues Hennie and Inge take part in the Masters Registry. One of the 50 assignments requires a combination of silver and gold clay, so it is important to know how to apply the two metal clays to achieve a successful outcome. Enthusiastically they design each a beautiful piece of jewelry, and with the acquired "know how" to work for a Masterpiece they go back home by the end of the day. They both have a long drive ahead, Leeuwarden in the north of the Netherlands and Temse in our friendly neighboring country.
Dear girls, thank you that you’ve taken the trouble to come to our little fishing town. Next time we go out to dinner and take a breath of fresh air at the promenade with a wink to "Flipper"!
