* Liver of Sulfur
* Satin- & Organza Ribbon
Last month I looked for and found time to create a jewel with the Christmas theme. The famous beautiful Bethlehem star for me is a symbol of Christmas, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
For the design I used 20 grams of silver clay, to finally come to this three-dimensional star shape with a weight of 12 grams of silver. Application of liver of sulfur gives more depth to the piece. The pendant is worn on a combination of red satin - and organza ribbon, hanging through a bail of silver clay.
Would you also look surprising with Christmas? Then create a fine silver jewel in a workshop with Art Clay Silver at studio "Nevada's Dream". Another great idea? A gift voucher as a gift under the Christmas tree. With this you will definitely enjoy the receiver!
Art Clay Silver has a minimum firing temperature of 650 °C. Firing can be done in several ways:
- Gas stove, with the help of a stainless steel grid
- Gas burner
- Metal Clay kiln
