On to De Bilt.
For Renske this is better, so she doesn’t have to leave alone her cat Pip. Pip and seems to enjoy those days, just like us. Projects without cats paws or cat hair are impossible to imagine not here to stay. She has her own stamp and leaves a - sometimes lasting - impression behind in our projects.
I got there early and during the coffee we already both have adjusted the schedule.
Renske has figured out that during the training session for the gold supplement (see blog March 10 this year) she covered the bowl of her spoon with gold foil. Project D4 is finished! I have also a number of projects done, so we both feel that we should also be working on our jewelry for the Accessories Contest in Japan. Deadline for submission is May 31, so there’s work to do.
And it works! My piece is so fragile that it already has broken several times and today I see a chance to perform an appropriate reparation. Fortunately, things are not yet fired so it can even go wrong, during or after the firing process. I even don’t wanna think about that now.
All in all a productive Sunday, full of new, good ideas, delicious lunch and nice conversations.
Thanks and goodbye dear Renske, until the 21st April.
