Today I welcome again two students for this braiding technique.
This time two teachers, Inge Verbruggen from Temse - Belgium and Hennie Broers from the north of the Netherlands - Leeuwarden. Last night Inge already went to Harderwijk. One night on our top floor, saves her again a few hours of much needed sleep.
Preceding the real braiding, we also take time to practice with colored wool. After that they go to work with the fine silver wire and braid them both a beautiful bracelet.
Of course, we have lunch today. It's already September and we still enjoy awesome nice weather, so we decide to sit outside and enjoy delicious sandwiches and fresh orange juice, while sipping some sunshine.
At 16.30 we finish and in advance Hennie goes towards Leeuwarden. Inge takes our offer to join us for dinner and travel somewhat later. With this she hopes to escape from the traffic jams, which miserably fails: along the way she still encounters a traffic jam caused by a car accident.
Dear ladies, thank you for the nice input and good luck with the promotion of this new technology!
