Saturday morning early together with Renske Dussel left for Belgium, the town Temse.
Overthere Inge Verbruggen operates her shop and workshop space under the name Inge Verbruggen Jewelry & Workshops.
Packed and ready for Belgium so, because in addition to the tools, along goes the mattress. We stay overnight, yes, let's mention so, because it really never came to serious sleep.
Saturday all designs were put in the clay, while having lots of jokes, delicious sandwiches, coffee, tea and cake. In the evening a wonderful meal at the Thai. The three of us ended the day with lots of laughs, situated in the living room, annex bedroom.
The next morning broke with a head full of cotton wool (and no, dear readers: not through the Baileys ;-) back to work for fyring off and finish of all the designs.
During such clay/workshop days I can’t get me to design masterpieces but for a first attempt, this pendant is nicely.
Inge, thanks for your patient explanation and helpfulness during the development of this technique.
Ladies, you thanks for the nice days and up to the weekend of 11 and 12 May 2013!
